"Turbulent economic conditions" continued to have a negative impact on revenue generation for 3D Diagnostic Imaging, makers of the CarieScan caries detection device, during the first half of the company's current financial year.
3D is taking steps to counter this and has recently recruited a new professional sales resource to increase the level of engagement with its distribution partners, the company noted.
The company is also implementing a series of new sales initiatives and is considering partnering with other entities that have more established distribution infrastructures.
