KaVo Dental has launched the new GXC-300 intraoral camera, designed to educate patients about the importance of good dental hygiene.
The camera's lightweight and slender structure make it ideal for getting close-up images of various common dental problems, such as tooth decay, without causing patient discomfort, according to the company.
To maximize image clarity intraorally, the camera has a variable focus that can be altered using a sliding switch. It can perform quad-image capture and features a state-of-the-art four-LED lighting system. In addition, the camera holster can be placed in any way and the image will always be stable, meanwhile the camera can be continuously controlled via the imaging software.
The GXC-300 also features direct USB connectivity.
