3DISC Imaging, a manufacturer of imaging products for medical and dental applications, has acquired CoreWare, a provider of digital radiography software.
CoreWare, founded in 2002, offers a range of image processing software solutions for computed radiography (CR), digital radiography, and picture archiving and communications systems to customers throughout Korea, as well as in other Asian countries and the U.S.
3DISC sells a family of CR readers, including the FireCR Dental Reader, one of the first exam-room-based readers designed specifically for dental x-ray imaging.
