ImageWorks and Sleep Group Solutions (SGS) have signed an agreement enabling SGS to distribute the NewTom VGi Flex mobile units for sleep disorders in the U.S. and Canada.
SGS manufactures airway diagnostic technology in screening, diagnosing, and treating sleep apnea and other upper airway disorders, the company said. The company also offers dental sleep medicine continuing education seminars designed to teach dentists the protocols needed to make the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea part of their practice.
ImageWorks' NewTom VGi Flex is being used in more than 30 mobile cone-beam CT imaging centers in the U.S.
