The toll-free number for the customer assistance hotline is 800-999-9729. The hotline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with real-time assistance available from Team Schein members from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time.
The hotline remains open throughout the year to help clinicians prepare for and recover from disasters. In addition, practitioners can download the company's "Recovery Guide for Office-Based Practitioners Helping Dental and Medical Practices Rebound from Natural Disasters."
