OrVance recently entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Wayne, PA-based DOC Brands, a manufacturer of dental products.
Through the agreement, DOC Brands will manage operations, sales, marketing, and distribution of OrVance products while sharing in costs, expected synergies, and profits generated by the partnership.

Fox has nearly 20 years of experience in oral care management, including serving as president and CEO of DenTek Oral Care and being the general manager and vice president of global oral care at Church & Dwight.
