The ADA has launched the Patient Return Resource Center, a members-only toolkit designed to help dental team members communicate with patients about returning for nonemergent care.
The resource was based on the ADA's Return to Work Interim Guidance Toolkit and comes with the ability to personalize materials with specific practice or patient information.
Materials in the online resource center include the following:
- Visual guide detailing what happens before, during, and after a patient visit
- Frequently asked questions with sample responses
- Images for a Facebook post, along with text and photo suggestions
- Sample email and text messages to communicate infection control procedures
- Printable signs for the dental office
Dentsply Sirona will also promote the Patient Return Resource Center. Company sales representatives will share the link to the resource with ADA members.
