Danaher names new spin-off dental company

Danaher has announced the name of its spin-off dental business.

Envista Holdings will be comprised of three companies within Danaher's dental segment:

Amir Aghdaei was named the president and CEO of Envista Holdings. Aghdaei currently serves as the group executive with responsibility for the dental segment for Danaher.
