Equity firm acquires dental care provider for nursing homes

Private equity firm Serent Capital has acquired Senior Dental Care, a dental care provider for nursing home residents.

Senior Dental Care provides dental care to residents of more than 1,500 U.S. nursing homes. The company's sales and marketing efforts will be increased, according to Senior Dental Care.
