Delta Dental of New Jersey named Paul Di Maio as its new senior vice president (VP) and general counsel.
Di Maio most recently was senior counsel and chief compliance officer for Samsung Electronics America. In his new position at Delta Dental, which was effective January 4, he succeeds Doug Sanborn, who is retiring in April after 20 years as general counsel for the company.
"We applaud Doug Sanborn, and the years of outstanding work that he has given to our company, and wish him well in retirement," stated Dennis G. Wilson, president and CEO of Delta Dental of New Jersey, in a press release. "We welcome Paul to the helm of our legal department and look forward to working with him to build on our oral health indicatives."
