The California Dental Association (CDA) has named Kenneth Wallis, DDS, as its new president for 2015-2016.
Dr. Wallis is a general dentist from Santa Clara, CA. He succeeds Immediate Past President Walter Weber, DDS.
Dr. Wallis' goals include improving the state's Medicaid dental program, Denti-Cal, to ensure that Californians have access to dental care.
Dr. Wallis, who received his dental degree from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, is past president of the Santa Clara County Dental Society and has served on the boards of the CDA, the CDA Foundation, and the Dentists Insurance Company.
