ADA leadership diversity program now accepting applications

The ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership is now accepting applications for its 2015-2016 class.

The institute, now in its 12th year, will accept 16 participants for the program, which includes quarterly online class modules, as well as three in-person leadership training sessions conducted by faculty from Northwestern University and Kellogg School of Management at ADA's headquarters in Chicago.

Established in 2003, the institute fosters personal leadership skills for dentists who come from diverse backgrounds and communities that have been traditionally underrepresented in the profession's leadership roles. More than 100 dentists have graduated from the institute and maintain a connection to the program, according to the ADA.

Applications are being accepted until April 30, 2015. For more program information, eligibility requirements, and an application form, click here.
