Texas sues Xerox over Medicaid claims; Levin on verbal skills; caries in young kids

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has filed a lawsuit against Xerox, alleging the company wrongly approved hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of Medicaid claims for unnecessary orthodontic services.
