Discount Dental Materials has acquired Cerebain Biotech through a reverse merger and will now focus on the development of products for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
As a result of the acquisition, which closed February 9, Discount Dental has new management and is a holding company, with all operations conducted through Cerebain.
