Landauer, a maker of radiation exposure monitoring products, saw an upturn in revenues and net income during fiscal year 2011 (end-September 30), due in part to the acquisition of IZI Medical Products.
Revenues for the fourth quarter were $30.5 million, up 5% over revenues of $29.1 million for the same quarter a year ago, according to the company. Net income for the fourth quarter was $5.2 million, a 14% increase over net income of $4.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2010.
Revenues for fiscal 2011 were $120.5 million, an increase of 5.3% over revenues of $114.4 million for fiscal 2010. Net income for 2011 was $24.5 million, up 3.6% over revenues of $23.7 million for 2010.
