Central Arizona Dental Society elects new president

The Central Arizona Dental Society (CADS), a component of the Arizona Dental Association (AzDA), has elected Martin Margetis, D.D.S., as its president for 2010.

Dr. Margetis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology, and Masters of Science degree in biochemistry from East Stroudsburg University, and received his dental degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry. He maintains a private practice in Sun City and Scottsdale. He has been a delegate to the AzDA House of Delegates, the secretary of the CADS Board of Directors, and a member of the CADS Membership Committee.

As president of CADS, Dr. Margetis will preside over all business conducted by the society's Board of Directors, appoint special committees, designate chairs, serve as a delegate-at-large to the AzDA House of Delegates, and write columns for the association's publication.
