American Dental Partners reported revenues of $68 million for the third quarter of 2009 (end-September 30), down from $72 million for the same quarter a year ago.
Net earnings were $1.4 million, down from $3.3 million in the third quarter of 2008.
Patient revenues from the company's affiliated dental group practices was $103 million, which includes $96.4 million from dental group practices affiliated with the company by means of service agreements and $6.7 million from Arizona's Tooth Doctor for Kids.
American Dental Partners is affiliated with 26 dental group practices that have 241 dental facilities with approximately 2,123 operatories located in 18 states.
