The New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) has appointed ADA immediate past president Mark Feldman, D.M.D., as its new executive director, the organization announced.
Dr. Feldman has been serving as the interim executive director of NYSDA since January and was president and interim executive director of the ADA in 2008, according to the NYSDA.
"Dr. Feldman's contributions to the profession of dentistry and the public's oral health have been significant, and his keen business sense, organizational knowledge and excellent management skills will serve our association well," said NYSDA President Michael Breault, D.D.S. , in a press release.
