Looking to expand your knowledge of Caries Management by Risk Assessment (CAMBRA) or the California Dental Practice Act? Want to know how to produce diagnostic-quality intraoral radiographs? Need help developing better answers to some of the most difficult patient questions?

Industry experts and dental professionals will address these and many other important topics at the California Dental Association (CDA) Fall Scientific Session in San Francisco starting September 11. The session features four days of lectures; hands-on training on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques; and an exhibition floor with more than 400 participating companies offering the latest products and services for dental practitioners.

In addition, the DrBicuspid.com editorial team will be there, too, providing daily reports from the lectures, workshops, and show floor.

Among the prominent speakers will be Nasser Barghi, D.D.S., who will talk about taking porcelain veneers from good to excellent; Gregory Folse, D.D.S., will discuss effective geriatric dentistry; and Uche Odiatu, D.M.D., and Kary Odiatu, B.P.E., B.Ed. who will talk about ergonomic methods to help you remain fit, healthy, and productive in your practice. In keeping with tradition, most of the sessions offer continuing education credits.

  • Intraoral Radiographic Technique and Troubleshooting
