Midmark, a U.S. manufacturer of intraoral x-ray products, has signed a consulting agreement with Larivière to establish a phone helpdesk to assist its customers in Europe.
Under the terms of the agreement, Larivière will provide technical phone support for Progeny imaging products and software from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. European Standard Time, Monday through Friday, for all Midmark authorized dealers.
The service is now available through the following phone numbers: +49 421 40899260 and 800 589 1210 (Germany-only toll-free number).
