Dietary supplements and dental risks; CAD/CAM restorations go mobile

A 2007 report from the National Institutes of Health found that one-third of all Americans take dietary supplements -- to the tune of nearly $27 billion a year. Supplements such as gingko and St. John's wort seem harmless enough, but a new report in the Journal of the American Dental Association found that certain supplements can lead to adverse reactions when combined with some commonly prescribed medications.
