Aribex has appointed Ken Kaufman as its new president and CFO. Clark Turner, PhD, founder of Aribex, will remain as chairman and CEO, and assume responsibility as chief technical officer.
Since 2009, Kaufman has served as the part-time chief financial officer (CFO) for Aribex through CFOWise, a company he founded in 2006 that provides CFO services on a contract basis.
Dr. Turner is the creator of Aribex's Nomad family of handheld x-ray devices, which have become widely accepted by dentists, veterinarians, and forensic professionals. He founded Aribex in 2003 to manufacture and market the device.
