CarieScan, the wholly owned subsidiary of 3D Diagnostic Imaging, has entered into an agreement with CoreStrength to manage its sales activity in the U.S. and Canada.
Under terms of the agreement, CoreStrength will provide CarieScan with access to a sales team of 22, and CarieScan will contribute toward the costs of a jointly agreed marketing plan and certain costs incurred by CoreStrength in the delivery of its services.
CarieScan will continue to work closely on a nonexclusive basis with Patterson Dental, its existing distribution partner in the U.S.
