Dent-X has released version 2.0 of EVAsoft, its proprietary dental imaging software, the company announced.
New features include a filmstrip that can be opened in a separate window that remains on top of all other windows. This allows customers to view an entire series of x-rays simultaneously while making notes in a chart in any practice software or while writing e-mails, the company said.
EVAsoft now works with most intraoral cameras now with a free camera imaging module, and changes to the diagnostics tab now shows multiple images at the same time, so dentists can view before and after images concurrently, the company said.
