OrthoAccel launches video contest for AcceleDent users

OrthoAccel Technologies, makers of AcceleDent, has launched the Smile & Share online video contest for users of AcceleDent.

The contest invites patients who use AcceleDent to create and submit a video, 20 seconds or less in duration, showing how they might occupy their time while wearing the AcceleDent appliance.

The contest runs through February 6, 2013, with the winner to be announced on February 15. Entries will be posted on YouTube and voted on by viewers. The prize for the winning entry is an Apple iPad.

AcceleDent is intended to safely accelerate tooth movement as a complement to existing orthodontics, according to the company. Patients use AcceleDent by wearing it for 20 minutes each day.
