Heraeus Kulzer is now offering a three-year warranty on its economy-priced Artic brand of denture teeth.
Previously, this warranty was only available on Heraeus' premium-priced Mondial and Mondial i denture teeth and their midrange tooth, Basic, according to the company.
The new warranty covers any defects in the materials and workmanship of any Artic teeth used in the fabrication of a denture, provided the following:
- The prosthesis is a complete upper and lower denture.
- All teeth in the denture are Heraeus teeth.
- The denture was registered with Heraeus within 30 days of insertion.
- The patient's warranty card is fully completed by both the dentist and the lab technician.
- The Heraeus teeth have not been misused in any way.
- The patient has visited his or her dentist for regular checkups.
This warranty is restricted to the replacement of the Heraeus teeth only and does not cover reimbursement for any other costs incurred by patient, dentist, or dental laboratory, according to Heraeus. It also does not extend to workmanship on the part of the dentist or laboratory.
