The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) elected officers for 2010-2011 and also installed a new member of the Board of Trustees at its annual meeting, held recently in Washington, DC.
Lee Graber, D.D.S., was elected president of the association. He is in private practice in the Chicago suburb of Vernon Hills, IL. In addition to his years of service on the AAO Board of Trustees, Dr. Graber has lectured extensively throughout the U.S., South America, Europe, and Asia on various orthodontic topics. Dr. Graber has also served on the editorial boards of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, the World Journal of Orthodontics, Quintessence International, and Adult Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery.
Michael B. Rogers, D.D.S., of Augusta, GA, was elected president-elect. John Buzzatto, D.M.D., of Allison Park, PA, was elected secretary-treasurer, and DeWayne McCamish, D.D.S., of Chattanooga, TN, was installed as the new trustee.
