RightSmile signs South American distributor

The teeth-whitening company RightSmile has entered into a distribution agreement with the newly formed RightSmile Latin America. The transaction is expected to add a minimum of $300,000 per year in additional revenue, according to the company.

RightSmile Latin America's initial thrust will be into the Colombian marketplace, followed by Peru, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile. In addition, RightSmile Latin America has requested and been granted rights of first refusal on the Argentine marketplace.
