GC America will host a free online symposium on bioactive dentistry on August 21 at 9 a.m. Central time.
The symposium -- titled "A New Era of Bioactive Glass Restoratives" -- will focus on the use of glass hybrids, glass ionomers, silver diamine fluoride, strip crowns, remineralization materials, and Hall crowns. The symposium will also address caries processes and how to perform caries risk assessments.
It will be led by minimally invasive dentistry professionals Jeremy Horst, DDS, PhD; Jeanette MacLean, DDS; and Douglas Young, DDS. The trio of experts will share how to incorporate minimally invasive techniques into any practice, according to GC America.
The symposium is open to dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants. Interested participants can visit www.gcamerica.com/new-era or email [email protected].
