Dental supply manufacturer Young Innovations has acquired the professional dental contract manufacturing division of Medical Products Laboratories, the company announced.
Medical Products Laboratories makes fluoride varnish, prophy paste, and other materials for preventive and restorative dental procedures.

We expect to continue to grow our relationships with new and existing ... customers and expand the product offering in our leading preventive and restorative brands."
Medical Products Laboratories' customers will be served by Young's Bridge2 Dental or by Young Dental. There will be no immediate changes to ordering and customer service procedures, and current Medical Products' customers would receive updates shortly, Young said.
