The National Children's Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF): America's ToothFairy has received a three-year $270,000 grant from Delta Dental of Arkansas Foundation to establish the NCOHF Arkansas Oral Health Zone Program.
The Arkansas Oral Health Zone will engage community stakeholders in pilot sites throughout the state to implement a community-wide oral health initiative to educate and mobilize the public to break the cycle of severe caries and its devastating effects on local families, according to the foundation.
The grant will help NCOHF achieve its goals to educate Arkansans about oral health, expand services for at-risk populations, and improve access to care and oral health education throughout the state.
