Dental Quality Alliance seeking proposals for study

The Dental Quality Alliance (DQA) is seeking project proposals from researchers in order to validate performance measures on pediatric oral health.

The projects will test the feasibility, reliability, and validity of DQA measures, the ADA noted in a press release.

Proposal submission materials are due by September 1 at 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Proposals will be reviewed by the DQA's Research and Development Advisory Committee, which will also provide project oversight.

To help investigators in preparing proposals, the DQA will hold two webinars: August 3 and August 10 from noon to 1 p.m. CST.

The ADA established the Dental Quality Alliance in 2010 to develop performance measures for oral healthcare.
