Rocky Mountain Orthodontics (RMO) has announced that the Orthocaps clear aligners have received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The Orthocaps aligners are manufactured by Ortho Caps of Hamm, Germany, and are exclusively distributed in the U.S. and Canada by Rocky Mountain Orthodontics.
The aligner system uses different day- and nighttime devices to improve treatment efficiency and reduce tray replacement costs. Preformed attachments also come with the aligner tray, reducing patient chair time, according to RMO.
