Milestone Scientific announces leadership changes

Milestone Scientific, which makes computerized injection equipment, has announced that Leslie Bernhard, an independent director, has been named chairman of the board. He succeeds Leonard Osser, who had served as chairman since 1991.

Osser, who was also serving as interim CEO since February 2009, has been confirmed in that position, which he also held from 1991 through 2007.

The Piscataway, NJ, company said it sees new potential for marketing its STA Single Tooth Anesthesia System abroad and for developing new products based on its CompuFlo technology.
