The ADA chose Chad Gehani, DDS, as president-elect and elected Craig Herre, DDS, as second vice president at the recent meeting of the ADA House of Delegates in Honolulu.
Chad Gehani, DDS, president-elect of the ADA.Dr. Gehani, an endodontist from Queens, NY, received his dental degree from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He served as trustee of the ADA's Second District and as a delegate of the ADA House of Delegates from 2000 to 2014. Dr. Gehani also previously served as the president of the New York State Dental Association. He will take office as ADA president in September 2019.
Dr. Herre is a general dentist in Leawood, KS. He served as a delegate to the ADA House of Delegates from 2010 to 2018.
