Obtura Spartan Endodontics has introduced its new Nano Gutta Percha Points for filling root canal systems.
The product is made with a newly developed precision manufacturing process and is shaped to precisely correspond to the exact apical size and taper of almost any file system used to shape canals, according to the company. The proprietary formulation improves heat conductivity and the ability to work at a lower working temperature, enabling the doctor to have more time to treat the canal, the company noted.
The product is latex-free, synthetic, and formulated with a dense material that's less prone to volumetric change during heating and cooling cycles, according to the company.
