Wells Fargo has renamed its healthcare practices finance unit. The unit previously known as Matsco is now called Wells Fargo Practice Finance.
With a particular focus on dental, veterinary, optometric, and medical fields, the unit offers a range of products and programs for healthcare practice owners, including customized financing programs, expert project and administrative support, and educational and practice management resources.
"As Wells Fargo Practice Finance, we will continue to distinguish ourselves by providing trusted guidance through specialized expertise, our focus on education and our commitment to our clients' success," said Allison Farey, president of Wells Fargo Practice Finance.
Wells Fargo acquired Matsco more than three years ago as part of its acquisition of Greater Bay Bancorp.
