Henry Schein has earned top marks on the 2016 Corporate Equality Index, a national report on corporate policies related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
The report rated 1,027 businesses and evaluated LGBT-related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. Henry Schein's efforts resulted in a 100% ranking and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
