Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America has acquired Bountiful, UT-based dental and vision insurance company Dentist Direct and its Direct Access affiliate.
The deal will allow Dentist Direct to also offer Renaissance's life and disability insurance to its customers. It will continue to operate with its same employees, and its current dental network will remain in place, according to the two firms.
