In fact, more than 70% of U.S. adults support the idea of dental therapists. The findings demonstrate that adults with private and public insurance appear open to new healthcare models.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released new data that include more than 117,000 reports of serious injuries associated with dental implants. The vast majority of these injuries were due to problems with osseointegration.
