The dentist who served as CEO of Delta Dental of Kentucky since 1995 has resigned.
Clifford Maesaka Jr., DDS, resigned on March 30, according to an article from Louisville Business First. No reason for the resignation was given.
Jude Thompson was named interim CEO. Thompson has been a member of the organization's board since 2009 and previously was a senior vice president for WellPoint, according to the article.
