Broadview Networks is now offering the OfficeSuite Dental communications system, a cloud-based business phone system.
The integrated system works in conjunction with Henry Schein's Dentrix G5 practice management system and OfficeSuite, the company noted in a press release.
OfficeSuite Dental allows practice staff to prioritize phone calls, schedule appointments, and collect outstanding balances. An automatic pop-up window is triggered on the practice PC when a patient calls, which displays patient records and account balance information.
