Cigna's dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) is now the largest in the U.S., with more than 7,000 general dentist locations.
Cigna's DHMO network has been growing by double-digit percentages each year since 2008, and currently provides dental care to more than 1.3 million U.S. customers, according to the company.
Cigna dentists must complete a screening process to verify they are licensed, credentialed practitioners.
