The XL Group Select Professional insurance underwriting unit and Hays Affinity Solutions have partnered to offer professional liability insurance to dentists across the U.S.
The Dental Professional Liability program is designed for dental offices with 20 or fewer dentists in the practice and offers limits of liability to $5 million, according to the companies.
Policies are available on an occurrence or claims-made basis. Available coverage options include HIPAA defense coverage, disciplinary action, medical waste legal defense, medical payment coverage, defense assistance reimbursement, military leave or disability, and optional practice liability.
