To make it easier and faster for dentists to find dental billing codes, the ADA has introduced the CDT Code Check app for the iPhone, iPad, and Android-powered devices.
CDT Code Check, which contains every code on dental procedures and nomenclature, is a portable resource designed to assist dental professionals who use procedure codes for developing treatment plans, managing patient medical charts, and submitting insurance claims. The app can also be used by dentists and dental staff who travel between offices.
The app includes new and revised codes with marked changes. Users can also search by code number or keyword. The app is available at the Apple iTunes Store and the Android Market.
