PRWT Services and QualDent have entered into a partnership to offer dental program management services to both public and private dental-care payers.
The companies plan to provide dental plan administrative services to managed Medicaid health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, state-managed dental programs, commercial insurers, and self-funded employer groups.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PRWT Services provides pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution, facilities management and maintenance, and business process services.
QualDent specializes in dental practice management, dental plan management and network evaluation.
