Lincoln National is rolling out a small business insurance package including dental benefits, the company announced.
The package is intended to allow small companies to offer benefit packages similar to what large companies have, the company said in announcing the suite.
Lincoln has created a dedicated Small Business Center to serve this new client base. The Small Business Center, a home-office-based sales support unit, is dedicated to providing brokers with quick quotes and follow-up in support of their customers' needs.
The dental plan includes:
- Coverage for preventive, basic, and major services
- 100/80/50 or 80/60/40 plan designs
- Deductibles: $50 or $100
- $1,000 or $1,500 annual maximums
- Preferred provider organization or indemnity plans
- Periodontics and endodontics covered as part of major services
Lincoln's Small Benefit portfolio also includes the following features and benefits:
- Group term life insurance
- Accidental death and dismemberment
- Short- and long-term disability.
