Renaissance adds real-time claim submission

Renaissance Systems & Services has added real-time claim submission to its Remote Lite software, the company announced.

"Dental offices have made it clear that a real-time claim -- the ability to have a claim processed by the insurance company while the patient is still in the office -- was the most important new feature for our clients," said Renaissance President Erick Paul in a press release. "This allows an office to deal with coverage issues and collect the patient liability at the time of the service."
