Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is expected to announce a spending proposal that will ensure dental coverage for 700,000 of the state's poorest residents, according to news reports.
The governor will propose the healthcare spending as an amendment to the state's $27.4 billion budget, which he is expected to sign June 29.
