Swedish authorities are investigating a dentist accused of malpractice by a patient who claimed he had the same tooth repaired 71 times.
They say the dentist may never have been licensed to practice, according to an article by United Press International (UPI).
The dentist has been reported to the Swedish Medical Responsibility Board. He was previously issued a warning from the board in 2007, but he failed to comply with the board's request for patient records and an official statement, UPI reported.
The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare told UPI it has no evidence that the man was a licensed dentist.
